The Whiteface Athletic Department fully understands that each student wants to win and that is supported with an understanding by students, parents, and coaches that within the aspects of a competition in any sport, development of the student athletes ability to use team concepts, dedication, and integrity for their entire life without succumbing to the ups and downs of emotion is most important.
